behind closed doors

Behind Closed Doors came about in 2012. I chaired Opera Ball and needed a distraction. I created 19 18”x18”x8” miniature scenes, also known as “room boxes”. Each of these “rooms” is unique and has a story to tell.

In 2017 one of my offspring suggested that I write about who dwells within each “room.” Thus, began the ”Behind Closed Doors” short story series. In the end, I wrote 19 short stories and published four sets of 19 books. One each for my kids and one for me. The project took over two years.

Since printing out 19 books was not a practical option, I decided to compile all 19 stories into one book. It is titled Behind Closed Doors - The Book.
