Several months ago, I was meandering through an art store; somewhere between tables and sables I found these little 4"x4" canvasses.   Curious, I purchased a set.  A month went by; I wondered what to do with them?  Then one day it came to me...turn them into 'quilts!'  They are mixed media - each square is either painted, covered in fabric or paper, then 'sewn' together with strips of washi paper.  I've sold a number at Punahou Art Gallery, Nohea Gallery as well as several commissions.
