What is is about blocks - from the time we are young we love to play with them. Here is my adult version. Once again, I was wandering through an art store and found these square wooden blocks. I've done a number of things with them. I made a set of 12 for our kitchen. Each one is covered in 6 different papers. Every morning, my husband, rearranges them according to his mood.
Another block, I covered with photos - each side a different family member. It was a fun gift to give. Even the dog got his side.
One I covered in 6 different papers - each to represent a mood. This was a gift for a teenager. She could let the family know how she was feeling simply by turning the cube; green for joy, red for anger, etc etc.
